Event Production and Consultation
At MF Productions we specialize in helping the client with all aspects of the creative and logistic process. We offer the following services:
• Shaping the concept for the event including the theme, venue, printed materials, catering, design and décor,
entertainment, and transportation.
• Recommending and searching for venues.
• Creating and overseeing the working budget and timeline for the event.
• Recommending and interfacing with all vendors to procure proposals, negotiate contracts and supervise implementation.
• Coordinating a menu with the caterer.
• Handling all aspects of invitations and guest organization including mailing, processing of RSVPs, and creating guest lists, seating charts and place cards.
• Coordinating all aspects of production such as site visits, permitting, floor plans, production schedules, load-in and
break down.
• Providing and hiring any staffing needs throughout the event process.
Fundraising Events
In addition to the above services, MF Productions can provide the following for non-profit organizations seeking assistance with their benefits and galas:
• Helping devise an appropriate strategy to maximize income.
• Handling all administrative tasks connected to the event.
• Assisting with analysis and supplementation of mailing lists.
• Working with the organization and co-chairs to strategize, solicit and secure sponsorship and in-kind donations.

• Preparing and issuing financial status reports, bill reports and periodic cumulative updates.
